      Biographie

      Simone Grotzkyj started in the 125cc class in 2006, scoring his first Championship point the following year with a finish of 29th overall. In 2008 he rode five races in the 250cc class, and his next opportunity would come in 2010 when he was brought into the Fontana Racing team from Round 4 (Mugello) onwards, placing 19th overall at the conclusion of the campaign. In 2011 he was part of a three-rider set-up for Phonica Racing, while in 2012 he stays with the team under the Ambrogio Next Racing guise for the Moto3 Championship.
