Grégory Leblanc started racing in 2000, in the French Promosport Cup. After two seasons, he moved to the 125 French Championship and took third overall. A serious contender in the European Championship, he saw his title chances ruined by an injury in 2003. Last year, he entered several GPs as a wildcard and scored his first points in Brno. 2005 will be his first full season with the Equipe GP de France.
