COMPLIANCE STATUS
The Websites are currently partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. This means that certain parts of the Websites do not yet fully conform to the applicable accessibility requirements.
ACCESIBILITY LIMITATIONS
Despite our ongoing efforts to improve the accessibility of the Websites, certain accessibility issues remain. The known accessibility limitations include the following:
- Video accessibility: Some prerecorded video content may not include synchronized captions or appropriate text alternatives (1.2.2 Captions (Prerecorded), 1.2.5 Audio Description (Prerecorded)).
- Colour and contrast: Some visual elements may have insufficient colour contrast or rely solely on colour to convey information (1.4.1 Use of Colour, 1.4.3 Contrast (Minimum), 1.4.11 Non-text Contrast).
- Responsive display and text adaptation: Some pages may not fully support text resizing, content reflow, different screen orientations or other user display preferences (1.3.4 Orientation, 1.4.4 Resize Text, 1.4.10 Reflow, 1.4.12 Text Spacing).
- Keyboard navigation: Some interactive elements may not be fully operable using a keyboard or may not follow a logical keyboard focus order (2.1.1 Keyboard, 2.4.1. Bypass Blocks, 2.4.3 Focus Order, 2.4.4 Link Purpose, 4.7 Focus Visible).
- Content structure and reading order: Some pages may not provide a meaningful reading sequence or programmatically determinable relationships between content, which may affect users of assistive technologies (1.3.1 Info and Relationships, 1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence).
- Forms and error handling: Some forms may not provide sufficient labels, instructions, identification of required fields or clear error messages (3.3.1 Error Identification, 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions, 3.3.3 Error Suggestion).
- Assistive technology compatibility: Some interactive components, including buttons, selectors and carousels, may not be fully compatible with assistive technologies, including screen readers, or may not consistently communicate their role, name, state or status (4.1.2 Name, Role, Value, 4.1.3 Status Messages).
- Moving and auto-playing content: Some dynamic content, videos or carousels may start automatically without providing sufficient user controls to pause, stop or hide them (2.2.2 Pause, Stop, Hide).
- Time limits and changes of context: Some time limits or automatic changes of context may not provide sufficient mechanisms for user control (2.2.1 Timing Adjustable, 3.2.2 On Input).

The accessibility assessment supporting this Accessibility Statement was carried out internally through extensive manual testing, including testing with assistive technologies, to assess compliance with the applicable requirements.
