The new format – fresh for 2023 – significantly reduces the ATC’s potential mileage to create the most efficient calendar possible, as well as removing the long summer break of previous seasons.
The new-look Cup begins with a pre-season test at Sepang International Circuit in August before Round 1 at the same venue as the ATC returns to race alongside Malaysian Superbike.
From there, the Cup will follow MotoGP™ to Japan, Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia before celebrating their season finale alongside the Grand Prix paddock’s penultimate weekend of the season at Lusail International Circuit in Qatar.
