Born in Italy, Alessandro Morosi worked his way through the Italian ranks, later becoming Italian champion in 2018. His rise through championships was fast, working his way into the Italian national Moto3 series for 2019, enjoying a wildcard in the CEV Moto3 Junior World Championship at the final round in Valencia. It wouldn’t be until 2021 that Morosi made his next appearance, eventually earning a full-time ride in the newly-named JuniorGP™ class for 2022 – claiming points and most notably a top 10 finish. In 2023, the Italian star consistently finished inside the top 10, working his way towards the top five in the ultra-competitive category. His breakthrough season arrived in 2024, with Morosi finishing P2 at Misano and Barcelona, setting sights on a move to the Moto2™ European Championship for 2025. He experienced a quick adaptation to Moto2 machinery, finishing on the podium for the first time at Aragon. This success transformed into opportunities as Morosi announced that he would wildcard at the Portuguese GP – making his World Championship debut.
