Spanish rider Eric Fernandez is a well-known talent from the FIM JuniorGP™ World Championship, having developed his skills in the European Talent Cup before progressing to the Stock European Championship. In 2023, he mounted a strong title challenge, narrowly missing out to Dani Muñoz. His standout performances earned him a spot in the Moto2™ European Championship, where he was consistently a frontrunner. Fernandez continues to compete for Moto2 ECh honours, while also stepping onto the world stage—making his Moto2™ World Championship debut as a replacement for Sergio Garcia Dols with the MSI team at the Italian Grand Prix.
