Hello everyone,
I’m writing to you after a very difficult GP during which we lost a great rider—Luis Salom. So, I would like what I first write to be for him and his family and express to them my sincere condolences.
At the weekend we raced well at Montmelo. I felt better on the bike and moved up over the three days.
As the season progresses, we keep feeling better. The test runs we did on Monday at the circuit are important to prepare for the Dutch Grand Prix and take it on correctly. So, we’re really looking forward to continue training and improving our results.
On Friday, we had a very special visit from our colleagues on the Repsol Honda Trials team. It’s particularly exciting when people like Toni, Takahisha, and Jaime, who have shared so many special moments with us, come to see you and offer their support. Especially for the home GP.
As usual, the best amongst everyone was the fan club. They were there all weekend cheering me on and supporting me. I’m very proud of them! All I can say is thank you.
