Dynavolt Intact GP switch to Suter from 2017

German Moto2™ team changes chassis for new line up Schrotter and Cortese

The Dynavolt Intact GP Team has come to an agreement with Swiss Motocycle manufacturer SRT (Suter Racing Technology AG) for the next two years. Having been part of the Moto2™ Championship for four years, the Dynavolt Intact GP team has decided to switch manufacturers and swap from Kalex to the Suter brand, starting from the 2017 season. It has been a very difficult decision for the team based in Memmingen, Germany. The final agreement was made this Tuesday, just ahead of the Gran Premio Movistar de Aragon.

Previous to that ,Jonas Folger tested the new SRT prototype for the 2017 season at the Valencia circuit last week. Sandro Cortese and his new Intact GP colleague Marcel Schrötter will have their first chance to test the new bikes this coming November.

SRT with its Suter-MMX2 model is a very promising and competitive constructor in the Moto2 championship. The company from Turbenthal, near Zurich, won the world championship title for best constructor in the Moto2™ class for three consecutive years from 2010 to 2012, as well as the riders' title with Marc Marquez (Repsol Honda Team) in 2012.
