With the weather closing in and wet conditions at Misano, the Warm Up session for the lightweight class was a crash-strewn affair, with a good number of riders suffering with the conditions. Romano Fenati (Marinelli RIvacold Snipers) went quickest and had solid pace despite a wobble, ahead of Jorge Martin (Del Conca Gresini Moto3) - the man lining up first on the grid - with Thai rider Nakarin Atiratphuvapat (Honda Team Asia) completing the top three.
Atiratphuvapat was one crasher, joined by a host of other riders including Aron Canet (Estrella Galicia 0,0), Tony Arbolino (SIC58 Squadra Corse), Marcos Ramirez (Platinum Bay Real Estate), Marco Bezzechi (CIP) and Maria Herrera (AGR Team).
