Oliveira top, Morbidelli and Lüthi within a tenth in FP1

Phillip Island winner heads the title challengers at Sepang

Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Ajo) was top in the first session for the intermediate class at the Malaysian GP, with the top three covered by less than a tenth. Franco Morbidelli (EG 0,0 Marc VDS) was second quickest as he hones in on the crown, just ahead of title rival Tom Lüthi (CarXpert Interwetten) in third.

Mattia Pasini (Italtrans Racing Team) was one crasher in the session, rider ok and continuing.
