Red Bull KTM Tech 3 rider will continue his recovery from the injuries sustained at Phillip Island

Despite being declared fit to ride on Thursday at the Shell Malaysia Motorcycle Grand Prix, Miguel Oliveira (Red Bull KTM Tech 3) will sit out for the remainder of the weekend after completing just four laps in FP1.

The injuries sustained at Phillip Island last weekend have continued to take their toll on the Portuguese rider, with the MotoGP™ now fully focused on recovering for the final round at Valencia in two weeks’ time.
