Francesco Bagnaia (Pramac Racing) will miss the final race day of the season at the Gran Premio Motul de la Comunitat Valenciana after an FP3 crash left him with a fractured left wrist.
The incident occurred on the exit of pitlane, with the Italian’s GP18 Ducati suddenly launching Bagnaia over the front. The 2018 Moto2™ World Champion visited the local hospital for further checks and it was confirmed that Bagnaia had suffered the fracture, as well as taking a knock to the head.
After the crash in FP3 I felt a headache and I was confused. For further medical checks the doctors decided to go to Valencia hospital. I had a broken left wrist and I’m not feeling 100%. I was unfit for today.

Hopefully we will see Bagnaia at the Valencia Test on Tuesday and Wednesday, when he gets the chance to try a GP20.
