Riders from more than 20 countries fight it out in the 2020

After a first glimpse in Round 1, the season looks set to impress once again

The opening round of the 2020 FIM CEV Repsol saw two-wheeled racing return to the world stage, and the iconic Circuito do Estoril hosted five top class races across the FIM Moto3™ Junior World Championship, the Moto2™ European Championship and the Hawkers European Talent Cup.

Round 2 is now just around the corner, with the stunning rollercoaster of the Autodromo do Algarve in Portimão ready to host the second of two rounds in Portugal to get the year into gear. In the FIM Moto3™ JWCh, riders from 12 countries battle it out to come out on top, with a new name on the trophy assured as the reigning Champion moves up to Moto3™.
The Moto2™ ECh is also packed full of international talent, with 12 countries represented on the grid as riders vie to replace the outgoing Champion on the throne.

In the HETC there are even more nations racing it out on the grid (13) and representation for five continents, just as in the FIM Moto3™ JWCh.

All in all, the class of 2020 in the FIM CEV Repsol hails from Colombia to Canada, Brazil to Japan, the UK to the USA, Italy, Spain, Thailand, Germany and many, many more in between. 21 nations competing for three crowns, and the year has only just begun.

Tune in for Round 2 as the action gets underway again soon at the unique Autodromo do Algarve, with five more stunning races on Monday the 13th of July.
