Nakagami quickest in Teruel Warm Up

The polesitter set the pace once more at MotorLand as Morbidelli and Alex Marquez join the Japanese rider in the top three

Gran Premio Liqui Moly de Teruel polesitter Takaaki Nakagami (LCR Honda Idemitsu) ended MotoGP™ Warm Up fastest with a 1:48.565, a nice little added boost of confidence for the Japanese rider who goes in search of his first MotoGP™ win this afternoon. Front row starter Franco Morbidelli (Petronas Yamaha SRT) was P2 on Sunday morning, 0.091 seconds adrift, with Aragon GP podium finisher Alex Marquez (Repsol Honda Team) completing the top three.

Pol Espargaro (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing) showed strong pace in FP4, the Spaniard launches from P9 and was fourth fastest. Danilo Petrucci (Ducati Team) rounded out the top five in Warm Up, the Ducati riders have it all to do if they are to challenge the higher scoring points.

Maverick Viñales (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP), Fabio Quartararo (Petronas Yamaha SRT) and Championship leader Joan Mir (Team Suzuki Ecstar) finished in the top 10, just behind sixth place Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team). How much will the tables turn today in the race for the title?

Again, the premier class battle is simply unmissable. Tune in and watch the drama unfold at 13:00 local time (GMT+1).
