SKY Racing Team VR46 has confirmed their 2021 Moto2™ line-up with Moto3™ front-runner Celestino Vietti joining Marco Bezzecchi in the squad. The young Italian will take the place of Luca Marini, who has been confirmed as making the jump to MotoGP™ in 2021 with the Esponsorama Racing concern.
Currently fourth in the standings and with five podiums to his name so far this season, including a debut victory at the Grand Prix of Styria, Bezzecchi will have his sights solely on winning the intermediate class crown next year. He will share the box with rookie Vietti. The 19-year-old continues his progression with the team after starting in FIM CEV Repsol before then moving to the lightweight class in 2018.
