Matteo Ferrari will once again line-up with the FELO Gresini Team in MotoE™ after signing a one-year contract extension. Heading into his fourth season with the Italian outfit, the inaugural FIM Enel MotoE™ World Cup winner will have his sights set on reclaiming the crown he lost to Jordi Torres in 2020 and 2021.
Whilst the identity of his teammate inside the newly-branded FELO Gresini Team remains unknown, the goal is simple for Ferrari in 2022: join Torres as a two-time, all-electric Champion.
Matteo Ferrari: "It is surely great news to be extending my partnership with the team. To be part of this family for the last four years has been an honour and it’s something that can never be given for granted for a rider, which means that both sides are working well.
"We have had great success together, especially in the first two seasons and, despite the difficulties, this year we managed to finish with a very positive third place overall.
