Somkiat Chantra (Honda Team Asia) made it two from two as he took top spot honours at the Moto2™ and Moto3™ private test in Jerez. The Thai rider’s 1:41.466 means he ended both days of testing in P1.
Chantra had just 0.035s to spare over teammate Ai Ogura, while Marcel Schrötter (Liqui Moly Intact GP) rounded out the top three from the intermediate class.
In Moto3™, Leopard Racing’s Dennis Foggia recorded a 1:45.351 to top the lightweight class standings, with Andrea Migno (Rivacold Snipers Team) and Carlos Tatay (CFMOTO Racing PruestelGP) keeping him company at the top of the timesheets.
Next up for the two classes will be an Official three day Test at Portimao, kicking off on February 19th.
