Time schedule: a race day change at the British Grand Prix

Sunday at Silverstone this weekend sees the Moto2™ race take place after the MotoGP™ race

After July’s summer break the MotoGP™ circus is back in full swing this weekend as the Monster Energy British Grand Prix awaits at an all-time classic layout – Silverstone.

Day 1 and Day 2's action looks the same as we’re used to during the European leg of the season, with Moto3™ FP1 kicking things off at 09:00 local time (GMT+1) on Friday before the first MotoGP™ session of the weekend goes green at 09:55.

Saturday morning follows the same pattern ahead of qualifying. 12:35 is when Moto3™ Q1 starts, MotoGP™ Q1 is at 14:10 and Moto2™ qualifying starts an hour later at 15:10.

Race day is when we see a slight change. As usual, the Moto3™ race is the curtain raiser at 11:00 before the MotoGP™ riders then take to the track at 13:00. The intermediate class will then go racing at 14:30 at Silverstone.
