Acosta 0.2s clear of Canet as Jerez private test concludes

Just as he did on the opening day of the Moto2™ private Jerez test, Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Ajo) has topped the day’s timesheets as the Spaniard set a 1:41.309 to beat Aron Canet (Flexbox HP40) by 0.266s.

Under sunny blue skies in Andalucia, Alonso Lopez (Speed Up Racing) and Elf Marc VDS Racing duo Tony Arbolino and Sam Lowes rounded out the top five, with the latter completing a whopping 79 laps on Wednesday after an injury-hit end to 2022.

The Moto2™ class field will now get set for the Official Portimao Test that takes place on the 17^th, 18^th and 19^th of March.
