Davide Pizzoli made his name within Italy before moving to Spain to take on the Europe's best. The Italian was crowned the Pre-125cc champion in 2013, before moving on to the FIM CEV Repsol Moto3™ class, combining with CIV Moto3™ duties in 2017. In that year, the Italian also competed in four WorldSSP races with the Race Department ATK team, scoring two points. In 2019 he left CIV but persevered in the CEV, ending the year 10th in the standings with two podiums along the way. He also wildcarded in Valencia and Aragon in 2019 without scoring a point. Now in 2020, Pizzoli makes his full-time debut in the World Championship.
