Registration for the 2027 Idemitsu Moto4 Asia Cup is now closed. From the 26th of June to the 26th of July, riders from across Asia and beyond submitted their applications in the hope of earning a place at this year’s Selection Event.
This year’s campaign attracted applications from 23 countries, highlighting the growing reach of the Idemitsu Moto4 Asia Cup and the continued interest in the Road to MotoGP pathway. The next stage of the journey now begins.
Each application is currently under review by our expert panel. The list of selected riders invited to the next stage – the 2027 Selection Event – will be published on the 25th of August 2026 at www.moto4asiacup.com.
What’s next?
The Selection Event will take place at the Sepang International Kart Circuit in Malaysia on the 27th and 28th of October 2026.
There, the shortlisted riders will be evaluated both on and off the bike as they compete for the opportunity to take the next step on the Road to MotoGP.
The challenge has been issued. Now it’s time to see who can prove they belong!
