Indonesian rider Dimas Ekky Pratama started competing in 2010, when he participated in the Indonesian Racing Series Supersport 600 class. Pratama won the Suzuka 4 Hours in 2013 and between 2014 and 2017, he competed in the famous Suzuka 8 Hours for Honda Team Asia on the CBR1000RR. Between 2012 and 2016, Pratama was among the riders from the Asia Road Racing Championship that debuted in the FIM CEV Repsol Moto2™ European Championship in 2015. In 2017, Pratama made his debut in the Moto2™ World Championship as a wildcard at the Malaysian GP, and he made two more appearances in 2018. For 2019, a permanent ride in the intermediate class for the Idemitsu Honda Team Asia outfit awaits.
