Filippo Farioli, an Italian rider, developed an interest in racing at the age of five due to the influence of his family, with a grandfather and uncle who won enduro championships and a father who raced in supermoto. He switched from motocross to road racing and quickly excelled, earning his first victory in the MiniGP European Championships in 2018. In 2020, he moved up to the European Talent Cup and in 2021, he competed in both the Moto3 FIM CEV Repsol and the Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup. 2022 proved to be pivotal for him. Thanks to impressive performances in the Rookies Cup and the FIM JuniorGP World Championship, Farioli earned a spot on the grid for the 2023 Moto3™ World Championship with Red Bull KTM Tech3. He finished 24th overall, accumulating a total of 19 points. The young Italian is aiming for a complete turnaround in 2024 as he joins the SIC58 Squadra Corse team.
