気温１６度、路面温度２２度のドライコンディションの中、前戦カタルーニャＧＰで初優勝を挙げた総合８位のマルコス・ラミレスは、０.０６０秒差の２番手。今季のベストスタートを切れば、総合１７位のヤコブ・コーンフィールは、０.０８０秒差の３番手に進出。総合２１位のロマーノ・フェナティ、総合２位のロレンソォ・ダッラ・ポルタがトップ５入り。
総合１４位の鈴木竜生は、０.７９５秒差の１２番手。総合２０位の佐々木歩夢は１７番手。総合７位の鳥羽海渡は１８番手。ポイントリーダーのアロン・カネトは２１番手。総合２２位の真崎一輝は２３番手だった。
