The 2020 Red Bull MotoGP Rookies Cup calendar has been announced and facing the next bunch of Grand Prix racing stars is a trip to seven circuits, between May and October, in which they will compete in 13 races.

- May 2-3 (Round 1-2) – Circuito de Jerez-Angel Nieto
- May 16-17 (Round 3-4) – Le Mans
- May 30 (Round 5) – Mugello
- June 20-21 (Round 6-7) – Sachsenring
- July 11-12 (Round 8-9) – KymiRing
- August 15-16 (Round 10-11) – Red Bull Ring
- October 3-4 (Round 12-13) – MotorLand Aragon
