Mick Doohan celebrates birth of son Jack

Mick Doohan is celebrating becoming a father for the second time after the birth of his son, Jack Michael. Doohan´s partner Selina, to whom he already has a three year old daughter, Allexis, gave birth six weeks prematurely and young Jack will have to stay at the Pindara Hospital on Queensland´s Gold Coast for a further three weeks before he is allowed home. Doohan won the 500cc World Championship five times during the 1990´s and now works as Racing Manager for HRC after retiring from the competition due to injury in 1999.
