Krummenacher: “I head to Jerez highly motivated”

Team JiR’s Randy Krummenacher is focused on trying to claim his first Moto2™ Championship point in Jerez.

The Swiss rider finished 21st in Argentina and in Austin, to add to his 17th placed finish in Qatar, and is determined to make the step into the top 15 in Spain.

Randy Krummenacher:

“Last weekend off was welcome to recover from the first oversea races we had in Texas and Argentina last time which both were a tough task for us. I also did my preparation for the Jerez grand prix and I’m happy that the series continues in Europe now. In Jerez we just need to continue the same way we did in Argentina, but also we must keep working hard in order to make the next steps with our rhythm during practice sessions as to improve our consistency and pace so we head into race day even better prepared than before. Beyond that the first part of the race is in general a weak point which I’ve to focus improving myself, and my riding style. But there were many positive aspects from the last races, which we must take and keep the momentum for the next races. I head to Jerez highly motivated as I’ll collect there my first championship points this season, I hope."
