  Lorenzo fights back in MotoGP™ FP3

Jorge Lorenzo puts in a last-minute 1:32.647 lap to top the time sheets ahead of Iannone.

Andrea Iannone (Ducati Team) was leading the session towards the end, but Movistar Yamaha rider Lorenzo’s final charge put him 0.371 sec faster than the Italian. Lorenzo was the only rider to break the 1'33 mark.

Third place went to Brit rider Cal Crutchlow (CWM-LCR Honda), who lapped Le Mans in 1:33.126. Andrea Dovizioso (Ducati Team) came in fourth, 0.529 sec off Lorenzo's lap and more than a tenth off the pace set by his team mate Iannone.

Bradley Smith wasn't able to match the pace he set yesterday in this morning's session, settling for fifth place with a 1'33.502 lap. Current World Champion Marc Márquez (Repsol Honda Team) was left to take 6th, just ahead of his team mate Dani Pedrosa.

Rounding out the top 10 were Yonny Hernández (Pramac Racing), Pol Espargaró (Monster Yamaha Tech 3) & Valentino Rossi (Movistar Yamaha MotoGP).
