Rins: “I will try to win tomorrow but it’s difficult”

Alex Rins took his second Moto2™ pole of the season at the Indianapolis GP but is under no illusions how hard Sunday’s race will be.

Paginas Amarillas HP40’s Rins already has one pole to his name after Le Mans earlier this season, and is now looking to claim his first Moto2™ victory to add to his four podiums this year.

The Spaniard smashed the Indianapolis pole record by over three-tenths on his way to setting a 1’36.549 and will push hard for the victory on Sunday.

Alex Rins: “We got the pole! I felt very good on the bike from the start of Friday. It’s important to start on a strong foot. The first part of the season we improved a lot. I tried to do my best and the results are good. We’ll have to see if we can continue like this. For sure I will try to win tomorrow but it’s difficult. If I start well like Tito we can
