Granado leads title rivals in FP1

The Brazilian holds the advantage over fellow cup contenders Jordi Torres and Alessandro Zaccone following the morning session

It’s the perfect start to the weekend for Eric Granado (One Energy Racing), with the Brazilian topping MotoE™ FP1 thanks to a 1:43.883. The title contender holds a slender 0.090s advantage of reigning Cup Champion Jordi Torres (HP Pons 40) in second, with Alessandro Zaccone (Octo Pramac MotoE) further back in third.

The morning’s top three is made up of the top three riders in the Cup standings, with the morning’s action giving little indication of who will take the electric class crown home with them by the close of action in Misano on Sunday evening.

Dominique Aegerter (Dynavolt Intact GP) is also in with a chance of title glory, and finished in P5 on Friday morning, just behind Miquel Pons (LCR E-Team).

MotoE™ will be back on track this afternoon at 4.05pm local time for FP2.
