Germany’s Jonas Folger continues his adaptation to the Dynavolt Intact GP team and 2016 Kalex frame.
Jonas Folger moves to the Dynavolt Intact GP team alongside Sandro Cortese for 2016, the German rider hoping to gain more consistent results and challenge for the Moto2™ title. A private test in Valencia gave Folger and his team a chance to reunite after a long winter break, the combination immediately getting to work and testing several new components for their Öhlins suspension system. The team now head to Jerez for two more days of testing of the 14th and 15th of February as they seek to make the most of the time remaining before racing begins in Qatar.
Jonas Folger: “We’ve had two very productive days during which we were able to collect important data for the new bike. Especially today we had a lot of time on the track and used it to try different things and sort though many important aspects, which was essential in order to plan the next steps for Jerez. A big thank you goes to the whole team, my crew and Öhlins for their support.”
