Mir ahead of Schrötter and Binder on Sunday morning

The Spaniard had an impressive Warm Up session at the Czech GP and led the way 0.052 from the German

Joan Mir (EG 0,0 Marc VDS), winner of last season’s Moto3™ race at Brno, led the way in Moto2™ Warm Up at the Monster Energy Grand Prix České republiky after setting a benchmark time of 2:03.232, 0.052 ahead of Marcel Schrötter (Dynavolt Intact GP) and 0.151 faster than Sachsenring race winner Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Ajo).

The second of the Red Bull KTM Ajo’s was Miguel Oliveria as he set the exact same time as his teammate in fourth, with Mattia Pasini (Italtrans Racing Team) rounding out the top five ahead of the intermediate class race at 12:20 local time (GMT +2).

Sam Lowes (Swiss Innovative Investors) finished sixth in the session after seemingly finding something with the setup, but the Brit crashed at Turn 10 with just over five minutes to go – rider ok.
