P5 on the grid and Championship leader Francesco Bagnaia (SKY Racing Team VR46) went quickest in Warm Up at the Gran Premio Movistar de Aragon, beating Simone Corsi (Tasca Racing Scuderia Moto2) by 0.152 after setting a 1:53.757, with Augusto Fernandez (Pons HP40) third – a further 0.020 back.

Home rider Alex Marquez (EG 0,0 Marc VDS) was fourth on Sunday morning as he goes in search of his first win of the season from P4 on the grid, with Marcel Schrötter (Dynavolt Intact GP) completing the top five – P2 on the grid for the German.
