WATCH: Martin finding the limit early in Almeria

Follow the Pramac rider around the Circuito de Almeria as he looks to find some early pre-season form in the south of Spain

One win, three podiums and four pole positions into his premier class career, it can be easy to forget that Jorge Martin is only entering his second season at the elite level of the MotoGP™ World Championship. Coming off the back of one of the most impressive rookie seasons in recent memory, the Pramac Racing rider has let everyone know via Instagram that he isn’t resting on his laurels and is already hard at work ahead of the 2022 season.

The Spaniard, joined by Alex Rins (Team Suzuki Ecstar), Pedro Acosta (Red Bull KTM Ajo) and Albert Arenas (Aspar Team Moto2), is currently in Almeria for pre-season training and appears to be pushing the limits very early on in the year with Ducati’s Panigale V4S. In a video recorded by Arenas’ OnBoard camera, you can follow Martin around Circuito de Almeria as he looks to rediscover the speed that made him such a threat last season.

In what appears to be another wide-open title race, we wouldn’t bet against the sophomore Spaniard staking his claim for Championship honours if he keeps this up.
