Special Jack Miller interview among bumper Friday scheduling

There will also be a live podcast with Augusto Fernandez and Round 4 of the Global Series to look forward to

The opening day of action at the Motul Grand Prix of Japan will take on a slightly different look, with each class having just one Free Practice session on Friday. The first track action gets underway at 13:15 local time, instead of the usual morning slot on Grand Prix weekends.

As a result of the changes, motogp.com has prepared a bumper morning of fun from Motegi, which will only whet your appetite for what’s to follow! First up is a special edition of the MotoGP™ Podcast: Last on the Brakes, as the current Moto2™ Championship leader and premier class bound Augusto Fernandez (Red Bull KTM Ajo) joins hosts Frances Wyld and Elliott York for a special live broadcast.

That gets our day up and running at 10:00 LT, before Jack Miller joins us for a special interview from 11:00. The Ducati Lenovo Team star is one of the biggest characters in the paddock and it’s set to make for unmissable viewing. The Aussie is sure to talk all things from his 2022 podium hot streak, to the weekend’s action and getting ready for a new adventure with KTM next season.

Closing out the morning fun will be the fourth round of the Global Series in the MotoGP™ eSport Championship at midday. It’s been an incredibly exciting season so far, and the next instalment is set to bring the drama once again as gamers hit the Asian circuits for two races.
