The documentary will take us through the journey that Ducati have been on since Casey Stoner’s famous 2007 title triumph. From then until 2022, the Italian marque have been desperately searching for that second Riders’ title in the premier class. Thanks to Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team), dreams were achieved – but it didn’t come easy. The road was a long, meandering voyage packed with ups and downs. For a while, mostly downs.
Featuring exclusive interviews with Ducati hierarchy and key personnel in this journey, including Gigi Dall'Igna, Stoner, Andrea Dovizioso, Jorge Lorenzo, Alessio ‘Uccio’ Salucci (Valentino Rossi’s former assistant) and more, the documentary highlights the numerous challenges faced on their path to returning back to the summit of MotoGP™. ‘The Resurrection of Ducati’ provides an in-depth look at the inner workings of Ducati and the number of changes and decisions that were made for them to become a world-beating team.
