German GP bears witness to record-breaking attendance

Over 233,196 fans visited the Sachsenring across the weekend, with close to 100,000 coming on Sunday alone

It was a truly sensational weekend at the Liqui Moly Motorrad Grand Prix Deutschland, where spectators saw Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing) complete the Tissot Sprint and feature race double to become the undisputed King of the Ring. Drama, joy and despair were all on show across the weekend, and fans flocked in their droves to bear witness to the occasion.

In fact, the German GP saw record-breaking numbers visit the circuit, with an incredible 233,000 people in attendance over the three days. On Sunday alone, nearly 100,000 MotoGP™ enthusiasts enjoyed the pinnacle of motorcycle racing. What’s more is that those numbers ensured that this weekend’s Grand Prix was the best-attended sporting event in Germany this year, and the biggest ever crowd at the Sachsenring!
