Aron Canet (Fantic Racing) takes the opening pole position of the year, making the perfect end to Saturday’s proceedings. Alonso Lopez (Sync SpeedUp) joins Canet on the middle of the front, Qualifying as the top Boscoscuro machine. Joining them on the front row will be Albert Arenas on the Triumph-powered QJMOTOR Gresini Moto2 bike.
Albert Arenas (QJMOTOR Gresini Moto2™) was at the top of the time sheets for the early stages of Q2. However, as the session progressed it was Canet and Lopez who were able to beat his time by one tenth of a second.

Manuel Gonzalez (QJMOTOR Gresini Moto2™) will start behind his teammate on the second row of the grid in fourth position. Tony Arbolino (Elf Marc VDS Racing Team)will join him on the front row of the grid, after a solid time from the Italian. Barry Baltus (RW-Idrofoglia Racing GP) set a remarkable time, putting the 19-year-old in sixth.
Fermin Aldeguer (Sync SpeedUp) will surprisingly take up a slot on the third row of the grid, placing the title favourite in seventh. Marcos Ramirez (OnlyFans American Racing Team) is a further 0.034 behind, and ahead of the sole CFMOTO Aspar Team rider Izan Guevara after it was announced that Jake Dixon has been declared unfit.
Zonta van der Goorbergh (RW-Idrofoglia Racing GP) rounds out the top 10 after a crash at the start of the session put an early end to his Qualifying. Darryn Binder (Liqui Moly Husqvarna Intact GP) and Jeremy Alcoba (Yamaha VR46 Master Camp Team).
