Bastianini heads Morbidelli on Sunday morning

The Italian was fastest in Warm Up, beating Morbidelli and Quartararo ahead of the Emilia-Romagna GP

Enea Bastianini (Ducati Lenovo Team) started Sunday in style at the Gran Premio Pramac dell’Emilia-Romagna, with the #23 landing top spot after an incredible final flying lap in Warm Up. ‘The Beast’ clocked a 1:31.519 to gain a 0.257s advantage over Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac Racing), who will be aiming for a strong result at home today. The Italian looked consistent and finished the session in front of the impressive Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP™ Team), with the Frenchman continuing to be a standout performer this weekend.

Red Bull GASGAS Tech3’s Pedro Acosta grabbed fourth spot, as the rookie looks for redemption after crashing out of the Grand Prix last time out. The #31 was less than half a second adrift from fellow Pierer Mobility rider, Brad Binder (Red Bull KTM Factory Racing). The South African rounded out the top five as he finished ahead of the Championship trio, Marc Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™), Jorge Martin (Prima Pramac Racing) and Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati Lenovo Team), who completed some laps together in Warm Up.
