Super Saturday is underway at the Pertamina Grand Prix of Indonesia, with Franco Morbidelli (Prima Pramac Racing) topping the timesheets in FP2 as the premier class had one last opportunity to improve their settings ahead of qualifying. The Italian set a 1:30.330 to leap to P1 and secure a 0.167s advantage over Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia Racing), with the #41 starting Saturday strong after a tough Friday. Espargaro will be forced to fight in Q1 later on, unlike Marc Marquez (Gresini Racing MotoGP™), who rounded out the top three spots in FP2 – less than two seconds adrift - as the entire field was covered by less than one second.
