Aldeguer undergoes successful arm pump surgery

The BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP rookie had the operation on Tuesday after the Aragon Test and will be ready to race at the team’s home round at Mugello

Following another great weekend at the office in Aragon, Fermin Aldeguer (BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP) has undergone successful arm pump surgery.

Gresini posted an update on Tuesday afternoon, a day after the Aragon Test concluded, with the now two-time Tissot Sprint podium finisher – after his Saturday P3 at MotorLand – all smiles after the “quick medial review”.

Aldeguer shouldn’t have any issues being fit to race at Gresini’s home round at Mugello in less than two weeks, where he’ll aim to fight for podium finishes once again to continue his impressive start to life as a MotoGP rider.
