After a brief rest, the MotoGP paddock has touched down at the iconic Phillip Island circuit – a fan favourite venue which has become the home of final lap overtakes. It marks the second half of our flyaway stint, and the anticipation couldn’t be higher after a dramatic weekend in Indonesia. As always, Thursday begins your Grand Prix weekend with GearUp, getting you up to speed with the latest news and updates from within the paddock at 15:30 Local Time (UTC +11). This leads you into the Pre-Event Press Conference, where Fermin Aldeguer, Pedro Acosta and Jack Miller speak to the world’s media about the hottest topics at 16:00.
Friday’s action kicks off with Moto3 Free Practice 1 at 09:00, followed by Moto2 and MotoGP. On Saturday, bikes return to the track at 08:40, with MotoGP qualifying at 10:50 setting the grid for the Tissot Sprint, which takes place later that afternoon at 15:00. Sunday’s race day begins with Moto3, one hour later than normal due to looming bad weather, starting at 12:00. It is followed by Moto2 at 13:15 before the premier class takes stage with MotoGP at 15:00.
