After taking what was a fourth podium of the season with P3 at Sepang two weeks ago, Adrian Fernandez (Leopard Racing) has been disqualified from the results. The technical infringement was due to the use of a non-homologated map configuration; the result thus promotes teammate David Almansa to the podium, the Spaniard’s first in Moto3™ World Championship action.
