TIME SCHEDULE: Le Mans brings the action for the French GP

Another weekend of French GP stories to remember is on the cards; it’s game on at Le Mans

The European leg of 2026 MotoGP season is well underway as the paddock touches down in France at Le Mans. After last year’s all-time-record attendance and the success of home heroes, it promises to be an unmissable weekend of the very best from the most exciting sport on Earth. From Thursday’s Media Day questions to Sunday’s Grand Prix showdown, here’s your schedule at the Michelin® Grand Prix of France.

THURSDAY: hear the answers to the biggest questions!

You know the drill: it all starts with MotoGP GearUp on Thursday afternoon as Jack Appleyard and Louis Suddaby bring you all the latest from 15:30 Local Time (UTC +2). Then we head over to the Pre-Event Press Conference, where Alex Marquez (BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP), Johann Zarco (Castrol Honda LCR) and Fabio Quartararo (Monster Energy Yamaha MotoGP) answer questions from the world’s media.

FRIDAY: track action begins in Jerez

Moto3 FP1 starts our adrenaline-filled weekend at 09:00 on Friday morning, swiftly followed by Moto2 at 09:50 before the premier class stars enjoy their opening session at 10:45. After a short break for lunch, the Moto3 field hit the track for their all-important Practice at 13:15 before Moto2 at 14:05. MotoGP rounds out Friday’s action with 60 minutes to decide the direct Q2 spots at 15:00!

SATURDAY: crunch time ahead of another Sprint thriller

Sprint Saturday is next on the cards as Moto3 head out for FP2 at 08:40 with Moto2 at 09:25. The premier class are next to hit the circuit at 10:10, getting their final track time before qualifying gets underway from 10:50. After a short break, Moto3 Q1 goes green at 12:45 before Moto2 set the grid from 13:40. The long awaited Tissot Sprint ends Saturday’s action at 15:00 as we go racing for a 13 lap spectacle!

SUNDAY: Lights out at the Spanish GP!

We’ve got another busy start to Sunday with MotoGP Warm Up. The first Grand Prix on the schedule gets underway at 11:00 as Moto3 readies to do battle on Sunday morning, followed by Moto2 at 12:15. The main event is next as MotoGP take the stage and goes lights out for the French Grand Prix at 14:00 – and if it’s anything like last year’s, we’re in for a cracker! Then, there’s all the reaction with After the Flag getting you up to speed from 15:15 ahead of the post-GP Press Conference.
