Alex Marquez (BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP) headed to Brno with the intention to compete and that's exactly what he's able to do; he was originally given the green light for FP1 and then again for Practice before finally being confirmed as FIT for the full Czech GP at Brno.
Taking it step by step and keeping everything under control, it's been a solid return to action for the 2025 World Championship runner-up as he took 18th in the morning and 15th in the afternoon - the latter's Practice session seeing him go to Q1 tomorrow but only 0.8s slower than the fastest time of the day set by Ai Ogura (Trackhouse MotoGP Team) - which in-turn was a new all-time lap record.
