Iker Lecuona will make a welcome return to the Gresini family at Silverstone, where he will take on the challenge of riding Fermín Aldeguer’s Ducati.
After standing in for Alex Márquez in Hungary, Lecuona will replace Aldeguer for the 12th round of the MotoGP World Championship.
Aldeguer remains on the sidelines as a precaution. However, he has received medical clearance to resume training from August 15, with Team Gresini set to welcome him back at Aragon on 28 - 30 of August.
