      A drama-packed qualifying at MotorLand Aragon saw Oscar Gutierrez (Niti Racing) grab pole with a 1:56.587 despite a late crash. Teammate Andrea Iannone also hit the deck but held onto second, only 0.139s behind, with Eric Granado (Joe Rascal Racing) rounding out the front row in P3.
