Takaaki Nakagami won't be completing his weekend at the Mobility Resort Motegi after a crash in FP1 saw him sustain a left collarbone fracture.
After replacing the sidelined Joan Mir at Honda HRC Castrol last time out in Austria, Nakagami was back on track on home turf in Japan as a wildcard for Honda, with whom he remains a development rider.
