Thai rider Nakarin Atiratphuvapat was eighth in the first year of the Asia Talent Cup in 2014, including two pole positions, before improving to fourth in 2015 and taking his first two wins. In 2016 the Thai rider changed to the FIM CEV Repsol Moto3™ Junior World Championship and had a solid first year, taking a number of top ten finishes and amassing 33 points. Atiratphuvapat then partnered former CEV and ATC rival Kaito Toba at Honda Team Asia on the world stage in 2017, taking a number of points-scoring finishes and looking for more in 2018.
