The 2013 national Italian Moto3™ champion, Andrea Locatelli joined the Grand Prix scene full time with the San Carlo Team Italia team in 2014. In 2015 he raced for Junior Team Gresini Moto3™, then for 2016 he changed bikes and teams as he moved from Honda to KTM with the Leopard Racing team. After a notable year of points finishes, top fives and podiums, Locatelli moved up to Moto2™ in 2017 with Italtrans Racing Team. 13 point scoring finishes in 2018 saw Locatelli claim 52 points, with a best result of P8 coming at his home GP in Mugello and in 2019, another Moto2™ season with Italtrans Racing Team awaits - can they build on some solid top ten results?
